This position is located at: Epicenter (Food Truck) - Fort Irwin, California.The Epicenter is a dining program that includes Sam Adams Brewhouse, Hamby's Place and Food Trucks.

Candidates must:
- Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment..
- Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
- Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
- Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and/or nonalcoholic beverages.
