New IT Grads may be considered depending on IT knowledge if have any Cloud or scripting experience. Skills: Troubleshooting, application support, monitoring tools, ticketing, automation tools, scripting Work Environment: Hybrid - Irvine or Ontario, CA Hybrid: 5x/week for first month or so, then transition to 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Rotating on-call schedule - split between the team (but weren't able to provide idea of what the schedule looks like); need to be open to working various shifts
