This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is : T HE ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF AN MAINTENANCE MECHANIC, WG-4749-10 WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION performing masonry, framing, rigging, electrical work, sheetrock installation, flooring installation, roof and drain cleaning, and other renovation tasks, and reading blueprints and performing various maintenance and repair duties to ensure the proper functioning of the facility.
