About the position: This is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position assigned to the Community Services Flight (Rod and Gun Club). The position requires the ability to work uncommon duty hours and perform duties in an isolated location.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
- Must have basic knowledge supply and resale work.
- Must have the ability to handle cash, operate a simple cash register, and follow established cash accountability procedures.
- Must possess skill in dealing with the public with tact and diplomacy.
- Must be able to obtain a Federal Firearms License
- Position is a position of trust. Must be able to satisfactorily complete a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis: Must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Must be able to work uncommon duty hours in an isolated area
- Must be able to operate a forklift, pallet jack, handcart, vehicles, and various types of target throwing equipment.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use.
