You will serve as a PRODUCTION MAINTENANCE MANAGER in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:*Experience planning, coordinating, and directing the overall production management function for the Production Department.
*Experience reallocating priorities and resources as required to meet demands and assures that work is accomplished in a logical, efficient, effective and expeditious manner.
*Experience ensuring that any work assigned that cannot be accomplished is addressed to your reporting senior in a timely manner.
*Experience interpreting, organizing and executing and coordinating complex assignments and projects.
*Experience organizing and administering the work functions assigned to the Production Department to ensure their satisfactory and timely accomplishment.
