Roles and Responsibilities The Scoping Designer will be responsible for data entry related to PIF scoping including measuring and documenting existing cable/conductor length, Scope Mapping Tool/mapping entry, and project data entry in MDI and/or C55.Creates accurate and detailed scoping drawings, diagrams, and maps for distribution systems using PDF editing software and consulting ArcGIS mapping software.Required Skills Experience with PDF editing tools.Experience with reading and interpreting
