This position is located with the Non-appropriated Funds Support Services Division at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.Incentives and Bonuses

Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Work experience must have been equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Ability to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
OR
Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Ability to develop and make written and oral presentations of technical materials to nontechnical personnel.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- A minimum of one year experience using Adobe CS4 (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign) or similar software.
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Interactive and Virtual Digital Communications or similar field.
