You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC).Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Researching products, systems and processes including original equipment manufacturers technical publications, manuals, existing courseware and policies and doctrines; 2) Conducting needs assessments and analysis to provide recommendations for solutions related to professional/leadership development training; 3) Identifying training solutions for advanced instructional methods and techniques for conventional instructor led training, computer based training, web based training, blended training solutions and other unconventional interactive, muti-media training methods; 4) Providing technical oversight to contract requirements and accepting delivery of services/products; and 5) Determining which performance aids would be paramount for full range of training strategies (e.g., discussion, gaming, tutorial, drill practice simulation) with full range of instructional training computer videodiscs, interactive software, video telecommunication, and the print media for training aids.
