You will serve as an INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER in the Command Operations Office, within the Information Technology/Cyber Security (IT/CS) Competency of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) managing complex, concurrent IT projects, expert-level technical skills in application and dashboard development, and proven leadership in Agile environments. 2) facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the efficient deployment IT projects and development of technology solutions across an organization 3) developing and implementing plans, providing support to project leads with coordinating activities and resources to meet objectives 4) supporting the development, testing, maintenance, and optimization of software applications, databases, and Power BI reportsTo be considered, an individual must possess a PMP certification and have foundational experience in project management methodologies, alongside technical proficiency with the required stack including C#, .NET, SQL, and the Power Platform. Well and best-qualified candidates are distinguished by their extensive experience managing complex, concurrent IT projects, expert-level technical skills in application and dashboard development, and proven leadership in Agile environments. Critically, all candidates must meet the mandatory conditions of a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) position by holding or being able to obtain the required security certifications and committing to continuous professional development.
