Project Leadership & Governance Lead the endtoend delivery of the Email Domain Separation project, from discovery and planning through execution, cutover, and stabilization. Define project scope, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Establish and manage project governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy, security policies, and compliance requirements. Drive technical design discussions
