About the Position: The purpose of this position is to serve as the Lead Human Resources Technician (Military / Office Automation) responsible for directing and guiding 3-5 Human Resources Technicians in GS-203-05 or military equivalent. Incumbent provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership to the Processing Element of the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS).Requirements:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Reviewing applicant records to determine discrepancies; Assembling applicant packets for distribution; AND Maintaining electronic and paper applicant records. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
