SECRETARY (OA)

Description:

You will serve as a Secretary (OA) in the Command Administration of NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY MONTEREY.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. 1. ability to review outgoing correspondence for grammatical accuracy and proper formatting, and to establish and maintain office files and records systems; 2. skilled in using office automation software to prepare a variety of documents, such as correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets. 3. articulate in both oral and written communication and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of individuals. NOTE: This experience must be fully demonstrated in your resume to be considered for this position.
