Requirements:
GS-12: To be eligible at the GS-12 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level.- Specialized experience is defined as experience serving as a expert or primary point of contact on security matters, including planning, installing, and maintaining physical security systems and equipment; participating in contingency and emergency preparedness planning and coordinating with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies; managing communications security (COMSEC) material and secure communications equipment; and administering programs for the safeguarding, storage, and handling of classified and sensitive information in compliance with national and Departmental requirements.
