Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience. If no bachelors, looking for 7-8 years of experience Must be proficient in Adobe Suite Previous experience with sportswear companies is nice to have. Experience working in screen print is also nice to have but not required. CLO 3D fashion design software is nice to have Strong communications, working with Graphic designers and factory partners Passion for Apparel and Footwear is Required
