NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-02 (GS-05/6/7/8 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector extracting budget and program data to organize, plan and review work operations and resources ensuring the efficiency of an organization's business operations.NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing financial program resource requirements to develop and monitor budget execution and resolve financial planning issues ensuring the efficiency of an organization's business operations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
