RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager II in Mountain View, CA.
Duties:
* Identify L3 ownership and define escalation paths for inquiries requiring further investigation and resolution
* Work with L3 stakeholders to resolve issues related to Commerce APIs and Partner portal features and capabilities
* Participate in External Slack channels with partners and internal stakeholders to resolve partner escalations
* Support partner API related needs including onboarding partners to the pre-production/production environment, supporting pre-production/production escalations, managing ongoing API related issues and answering API related questions during the partner's build and product phases
* Work with partners when they have Partner Portal user log-in issues
* Work with the MSE and Billing team to work on billing and Invoice clarifications/issues and billing reconciliation
* Work closely with PDMs and CARE support team to work on approval and refunds to partners when there is discrepancy in subscription charges
* Work on data in Profit share reports in Partner portal and when partners have questions on monthly Incentives earnings and the requests
* Update and maintain Onboarding documentation, user guides, API documentation and FAQs as required when there are changes to Partner Portal or enhancements we do to Partner Portal; This includes adding new sections for common escalations, integrating guidance for new feature launches and updating based on partner feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
