For GS-11: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing planning recommendations for construction, demolition, energy, maintenance and facilities development projects; 2) Reviewing engineering/architectural drawings or specifications for construction, demolition, energy, maintenance, facilities development projects to identify inconsistencies; 3) Assisting with planning systems and automated databases to capture spatial or geographic data to support facility planning.For GS-09: In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies precedent and establishes techniques to resolve a variety of conventional problems and routine customer service. ; 2) Prepares basic project documentation for projects, basic requirements documentation, and site approval documentation for moderate to complex projects with minimal review/input.; 3) Assisting with planning systems and automated databases to capture spatial or geographic data to support facility planning.
