For the GS-12:In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies electrical engineering practices and procedures when following design parameters and following project justifications and specifications; 2) Uses technical writing sufficient to document solutions to problems with methods of installation of material, and quality of materials to be installed; and 3) Applies electrical engineering requirements to costs, system capability, customer requirements, and available technology into design projects.
For the GS-11:

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applies electrical engineering practices and procedures when assisting with design parameters and assisting with project justifications and specifications; 2) Follows technical writing that documents solutions to problems with methods of installation and quality of materials; and 3) Assists with maintaining costs, system capabilities, customer requirements, and available technology for design projects.
