Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/11 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing technical evaluations of weapon systems, subsystems and components to ensure appropriate planning and implementation of quality and system engineering requirements has been accomplished; 2) Experience with various manufacturing and assembly processes of mechanical and/or electrical assemblies; 3) Developing changes to plans and providing recommendations for improvements in order to meet program objectives; and 4) Knowledge of standards related to quality and manufacturing including: AS9100/ISO9000, AS9102, AS9103, AS6500,AS13004, AS9145 and IPC J-STD-001.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: General Engineering Series 0801 (opm.gov)
