GS-11: Applicants must also possess at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates application of environmental compliance concepts and principles in the performance of compliance duties for auditing, preparation of environmental documentation, record keeping, information management, project review, and planning related to natural/cultural resources, air/water quality, above/below ground storage tanks, hazardous material management, and pollution prevention; and analysis of environmental standards, specifications, reports and plans for large or complex projects involving construction and maintenance of real property facilities and utility systems to identify environmental program compliance, documentation and/or coordination requirements.GS-09: Applicants must also possess at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates application of environmental compliance concepts and principles in the performance of compliance duties for preparation of environmental documentation, record keeping, project review, and planning related to natural/cultural resources, air/water quality, above/below ground storage tanks, hazardous material regulations, and pollution prevention.
