About the Position: Serves as Program Manager at the Guam Forward Element, Installation Management Command - Pacific (IMCOM-Pacific) Garrison.This is a TERM position not to exceed 13 months, but may be extended up to a maximum of 8 years. Specialized Experience GS-15: One year of experience which includes experience 1) overseeing the execution of military installation programs to include planning, resourcing, policies and procedures; AND 2) advising on the implementation of new strategic directions for military installation operations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement GS-14: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
