You will serve as a REAL PROPERTY ACCOUNTABLE OFFICER in the Facilities Management Division (FMD), Public Works Department of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.GS-09 salary: $69,729 - $90,647
GS-11 Salary: $84,366 - $109,673
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining and updating land, buildings, structure, utilities, and relocatable property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Coordinating with Project Managers and Acquisition personnel to draft technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; and 3) Preparing and presenting technical reports or point papers.NOTE: This experience must be fully supported by your resume.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with maintaining and updating all land, building, structure, utility and relocatable property records for the Installation to reflect additions, deletions, and changes to the real property inventory; 2) Ensuring retention of required financial documentation in accordance with Transfer and Acceptance requirements; and 3) Relaying information to individuals effectively while providing oral and written presentations.
