Requirements:
To qualify for the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining and updating land, buildings, structure, utilities, and/or relocatable property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Coordinating with Project Managers and Acquisition personnel to draft technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; 3) Preparing technical reports or point papers to present to management; and 4) Resolving Real Property discrepancies found during virtual inventory processes.To qualify for the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintains and updates property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Completes technical documents required for construction and capital improvement projects; AND 3) Prepares and presents technical reports and point papers.
To qualify for the GS-9: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assists with maintaining and updating property records to reflect additions, deletions and changes to a Real Property Inventory; 2) Ensures retention of required financial documentation in accordance with requirements; AND 3) Prepares and presents technical reports and point papers.
