Description:
This position provides a full range of office clerical and administrative support to include front desk coverage for client services at the NAS Lemoore Fleet & Family Support Centers (FFSC's).Requirements:
A qualified candidate must possess the following:- Strong typing skills desired.
- Must have strong organizational skills, knowledge and ability to use office equipment and personal computer and possess a demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge with the Defense Travel System (DTS), Fleet and Family Support Management Information System (FFSMIS) and providing administrative support of social services at a military installation desired.
- Knowledge of business and military correspondence.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures in a social service setting to include record keeping, defense travel systems, general knowledge of the privacy act and rules governing disclosure of information, management of office facilities, resources and materials.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
- Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
