You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (Call Center Agent) in the Requirements Branch of PUBLIC WORKS Department NAS Lemoore of NAVFAC SOUTHWEST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving and processing customer service requests for maintenance and repair of physical facilities; 2) Using MAXIMO to submit and create unplanned work orders; 3) Validating processed work orders for problems errors and missing data; and, 4) Using Microsoft Office Suite programs to create/generate reports.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
