Description:
You will serve as a POL FINANCIAL PROGRAM ANALYST in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-13, step 10 level.
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (equivalent to GS-05 to GS-11) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advancing concepts, principles, and practices to provide execution oversite to various programs and command projects; 2) Providing technical recommendations/solutions to the acquisition process to unique program problems; 3) Supporting negotiations of annual budgets, Project cost estimates, and supporting cost controls of project expenditures; 4) Supporting and leading multi-disciplined teams in the execution of interdisciplinary work as a project and/or team leader.NOTE: EXPERIENCE MUST BE FULLY SUPPORTED IN YOUR RESUME IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
