You will serve as a Program Specialist (Victim & Witness Assistance) in the Office of the Special Trial Counsel (OSTC).Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: 1) Providing training and supervision related to the implementation of Victim-Witness Assistance Program Policies and legislation (DOD, DON, or Civilian equivalent); 2) Serving as sole point of contact for the Regional Special Trial Counsel for tracking regional compliance with Victim-Witness Assistance Program requirement policies or legislation; and 3) Interacting directly with crime victims to explain the court-martial process, case timelines, and their rights under Victim-Witness Assistance Program policies and legislation.
