About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the LD 30 /30 FSS/Community Services Flight ITT.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
- Practical knowledge of ITT procedures and the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in computer use to include software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must have knowledge of basic NAF accounting practices and knowledge of cash handling procedures, bank deposits, inventory control, and cash register systems.
- Prior customer service experience is required.
- Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Experience which has provided a general familiarity with the routines and procedures for the ticket and travel operation.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a Tier-1 background investigation
