You will serve as an Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Spectrum Mission Data & Info Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.Requirements:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DP-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Supporting database design by creating data models, optimizing performance, and integrating with avionics, sensors, and spectrum warfare systems; 2) Leading software architecture efforts to align with business priorities and support agile development for mission-critical systems; 3) Utilizing Structured Query Language (SQL) to optimize system performance and validate data for electronic warfare systems; 4) Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to design, optimize, and validate systems for electronic warfare.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
