Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a wide range of emergency management principles to administer disaster assistance during emergencies.

Examples of qualifying experience may include (1) expert knowledge of a wide range of complex federal emergency protocols including but not limited to NAVSEA Technical Publication (NTP) 8010 and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); (2) highly skilled in the overall planning, coordination, direction, implementation and timely execution of multiple complex emergency management programs; (3) highly competent in supervisory and managerial responsibilities for subordinate staff, including but not limited to planned work, assignments, priorities, developmental and EEO/HR compliance.
