You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Industrial Support Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying Integrated Logistics Support elements, which include Product Support Management, Maintenance Planning and Management or Supervisor Shipbuilding (SUPSHIP). Specialized experience must include: 1) Providing guidance and expert advice for improving the overhaul life cycle supportability of ships, systems and equipment; 2) Experience in applying ILS products and service to ensure maximum support capability for ships; 3) Ensuring evaluation and/or resolution of both routine and critical program support data in the management of ILS requirements and principles; 4) Planning and directing work to be accomplished by subordinates in an environment with continually changing workload and priorities; 5) Managing the overall planning, direction, administration and execution of a department's programs and any other plans and programs required to execute a strategic plan.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
