A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in project planning, estimating, or construction management, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of directly applicable experience.
Experience with RS Means or similar estimating programs is preferred and must be applied in developing cost estimates and IGEs. Working knowledge of construction methods, trades, materials, and project scheduling. Understanding of UFC, IBC, EM-385 safety regulations, and applicable MCCS/Base policies and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software. Experience preparing technical documents such as SOWs, IGEs, materials lists, and project reports.
Ability to interpret and develop technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate across departments and with external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to track multiple projects, meet deadlines, and resolve issues proactively. Must obtain and maintain a valid state driver's license.
