Description:
This position is located in the Bowling Center of the Morale, Welfare Department at Naval Air Station Lemoore. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the various functions in the facility to ensure that established policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.Requirements:
- A minimum of one (1) year experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, business operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
- Experience is required in an office environment with progressive responsibilities or related education.
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable regulations, policies, principles, and procedures.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and to provide work direction to other employees.
- Must have ability to use initiative, discretion, and independent judgment in making decisions.
- Must be people-orientated and have an excellent sense of customer relations.
- Must possess a courteous, tactful and diplomatic demeanor.
- Skill in computer data entry is desired and must have knowledge of software applications such as but not limited to Word and Excel.
