Description:

You will serve as a MOBILE EQUIPMENT METAL MECHANIC SUPV in the EXPEDITIONARY MAINTENANCE CENTER of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.

Qualification requirements emphasis is on quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: 1) Using and maintaining hand and power tools, shop equipment, and precision metal cutting and welding equipment; 2) Planning and organizing work assignments to include determining resources required to accomplish mission; and 3) Instructing and directing sequence of operations and methods employed by subordinates.
