You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Acquisition Support & Analysis Division, Cost & Acquisition Analysis Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
DA-03:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band (DA-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Providing oversight of contract performance as COR/ACOR, using critical thinking to recommend solutions that align with budget and strategic goals; 2) Managing invoice review, correcting discrepancies, and negotiating adjustments, tailoring communication to intended audiences; 3) Identifying performance risks and developing solutions, including experience identifying and forecasting potential issues to develop and recommending potential solutions; and 4) Reviewing contract documentation, identifying errors or issues and recommending a path forward for corrective action to improve quality.
DA-02:
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band (DA-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate related duties in the following: 1) Assisting with preparing acquisition packages and supporting contract transitions; 2) Identifying errors or issues and recommending a path forward for corrective action; 3) Tailoring communication to fit intended audiences.
