You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Applied Research Division, Code 71700 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.Requirements:
NM-05:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading process improvement activities; collect and analyze metrics for use in the management and direction of programs; and analyze and evaluate proposed changes in policy and procedures and communicate impact and contingencies; and lead Center level teams and engages with other Divisions and Departments for Center level efforts.
NM-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: leading process improvement activities; collect and analyze metrics for use in the management and direction of programs; and analyze and evaluate proposed changes in policy and procedures and communicate impact and contingencies.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
