You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the Cyber/Science & Technology Department (Code 70001) of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.Requirements:
NM-05:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band NM-04 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists with drafting or analyzing policies/procedures and overseeing allocation of resources and/or administrative processes within an RDT&E organization; establishing direction and/or policy for employee personnel within the department and/or provides oversight of efforts in the organization and business improvement initiatives; and lead and participate in Department and Center level efforts to identify and implement solutions that improve operations and procedures.
NM-04:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assists with drafting or analyzing policies/procedures and overseeing allocation of resources and/or administrative processes within an RDT&E organization; and assists with establishing direction and/or policy for employee personnel within the department and/or provides oversight of efforts in the organization and business improvement initiatives.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
